1. What Composura is

Composura (“we”, “us”) sells interview preparation built from your real experience, through a one-time Room Pass. A Room Pass is a single $69 payment (not a subscription) that grants a fixed bundle of credits: 3 room compiles and 30 reps. Credits deplete as you use them, never expire, never reset, and buying another Room Pass stacks a new bundle onto whatever you have left.

A free account also includes a small trial allowance so you can experience the product before paying. Each room is compiled for one specific moment you name — an interview or a pitch — based on the details and the experience you provide.

2. What we do, and refuse to do

We prepare you for interviews and rewrite your materials using only your real experience. We do not invent credentials, employment history, or accomplishments, and we will not add anything to your materials that you did not actually do. Requests to fabricate experience will be refused, and where the product lacks real evidence for a claim it will ask you for a real story rather than invent one.

Our materials and mock interviews are preparation aids. We do not provide live assistance during real interviews, and our products may not be used to misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the resume and information you submit are truthful and yours to share. You are responsible for reviewing your pack before using it, including filling in the bracketed slots with your own accurate figures, and for everything you ultimately say in an interview or submit to an employer.

4. Credits and delivery

A pack credit is spent only when a pack is successfully generated; a mock credit is spent when a mock interview session starts. Reviewing what you already generated is always free and never spends a credit.

Packs are generated automatically and typically arrive within minutes. If generation fails, our system retries automatically and alerts a human. You should never lose a credit to work we fail to deliver: a generation that ultimately cannot be delivered has its credit restored, on request if it is not restored automatically.

5. Refunds

The Room Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Fees are non-refundable, except as set out below or where the law where you live says otherwise. Those legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.

We do not charge you for our own failures. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a fault on our side stopped you using what you paid for, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will put it right with a refund or fresh credits. Separately, and regardless of this section, a credit is never consumed by work we fail to deliver: a scored rep or room compile that cannot be delivered has its credit restored (see section 4).

Credits you have already spent are not refundable — spending a credit is the thing you bought. When a full refund of a Room Pass is issued, the credits it granted and any paid access it unlocked are removed from the account automatically. Partial goodwill refunds do not remove credits unless we tell you otherwise at the time.

6. Payments and access codes

A Room Pass is granted by entering an access code or by paying the one-time price through Square, our payment provider. Card details are entered with Square and never touch our servers. Prices are in USD.

We do not currently sell a recurring subscription. If we introduce one in the future, its separate terms (including how to cancel) will be shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Your content and your privacy

What you submit stays yours, is used only to prepare you, and is never used to train anything, ours or anyone else's. Retention windows, encryption, the providers we use, and every right you hold (export, deletion, consent withdrawal) are set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Your pack is yours: you may use, edit, print, and share it for your own job search. The Composura name, site, and underlying methods remain ours. You may not resell packs or offer them as a service to others.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

We make you prepared; we cannot make a hiring decision for an employer. We make no guarantee that you will receive an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. 11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
