Terms of Service

1. What OfferReady is

OfferReady (“we”, “us”) sells digital interview-preparation and resume materials (“packs”) and a subscription (“OfferReady Pro”). Each pack is generated for one specific job application, based on the job posting and resume you provide, and opened in your account.

2. What we do — and refuse to do

We prepare you for interviews and rewrite your resume using only your real experience. We do not invent credentials, employment history, or accomplishments, and we will not add anything to your materials that you did not actually do. Requests to fabricate experience will be refused and refunded.

Our materials and mock interviews are preparation aids. We do not provide live assistance during real interviews, and our products may not be used to misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the resume and information you submit are truthful and yours to share. You are responsible for reviewing your pack before using it — including filling in the bracketed slots with your own accurate figures — and for everything you ultimately say in an interview or submit to an employer.

4. Delivery

Packs are generated automatically and typically arrive within minutes; most are delivered the same day. If generation fails, our system retries automatically and alerts a human. If we cannot deliver before your stated interview time, we will refund you in full.

5. Refunds

If your pack didn't leave you genuinely more ready for your interview, reply to your delivery email within 7 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase in full. Pro subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Payments and access codes

During the current beta, full access is granted by entering a beta access code — there is no charge and we do not collect or store any card details.

When paid checkout is enabled, payments will be processed by a secure third-party payment provider, so we will never see or store your full card details. Prices are in USD.

7. Intellectual property

Your pack is yours: you may use, edit, print, and share it for your own job search. The OfferReady name, site, and underlying methods remain ours. You may not resell packs or offer them as a service to others.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

We make you prepared; we cannot make a hiring decision for an employer. We make no guarantee that you will receive an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
