Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to build and deliver your pack: your email, the job posting, and your resume. Your resume and posting are encrypted at rest and automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. We never sell your data, and we never use your personal content to train anything — not us, and not anyone we work with.

1. What we collect

• Order and access details: your email address, which pack or plan you unlocked, and — when paid checkout is enabled — the payment amount. During the current beta, access is granted by entering an access code and no payment details are collected. When checkout is enabled, payments are handled by a secure payment provider, so we never see or store your full card details.
• Your materials: the job posting, your resume, your interview date, and any notes you add. These are encrypted before storage.
• Mock-interview transcripts: if you use practice sessions, your answers and scores, so you can review them.
• Anonymous analytics: aggregate page views, collected without cookies. No tracking cookies, no cross-site profiles.

2. How we use it

Your materials are used for exactly one purpose: generating your pack and powering your practice sessions if you use them. We never use your personal content to train anything — not us, and not the providers we work with, who are bound by agreements that forbid it. Your email is used to deliver the pack, send a Pro welcome message with sign-in instructions if you subscribe, and for order support.

3. Retention and deletion

Resumes and job postings are encrypted at rest and deleted automatically 30 days after your pack is delivered (45 days after submission if an order never completes). Want it gone sooner? Email us and we'll delete it within 48 hours. Order records (email, amount, date) are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

4. Who else touches your data

We use a small number of vetted infrastructure and processing providers to run the service — for things like hosting, secure storage, sign-in, generating your materials, and sending email. Every one of them works under a data-protection agreement, and none of them is permitted to use your personal content to train anything or to keep it beyond what we need. We do not perform emotion or mood inference. If you opt in to voice practice, analysis is limited to delivery metrics like pace and filler words — never affect. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your rights

From your account settings you can export a portable copy of your data or delete your account. Deletion removes your profile, your saved materials, your practice sessions, and related records, subject to legal retention for consent logs. You can also email hello@offerready.com — we respond within 7 days.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, your resume and the job posting are encrypted before they are stored, and access is limited to the systems that fulfill your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we deliberately keep very little, for a very short time.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “Last updated” date above will change with it. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
